September 2008 - USA trip
Four delegates from the project Esc Camp Creation Team have visted the annual 'Camp Oasis' held by the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA), in Texas.
The trip has provided extremely useful knowledge and experience, to directly support our progress in organizing the first summer camp in 2009. In particular, knowledge about location selection, safety, supervision, activity planning, medical needs, and communication was especially useful.

April 2008 - Project Esc approved by the EFCCA General Assembly (GA)
After working on the details, the first presentation of the project was made to the EFCCA General Assembly in Dubrovnik, in April 2008.
- We are continuing to search for potential sponsors, to help make the project self-financing.
- We have completed a website, with lots of information and features.
- We have defined our working group, and set-up email communications.
- We have started work on a 'prospects' booklet, which will explain the project in detail to sponsors.
February 2008 - Project Esc officially launched
On Sunday 3rd February 2008, representatives from EFCCA and EYG met to launch the project, and the concept for the 'Catch your dreams' summer camp was born. Read more about our project.
